Performances begin August 1 at The Laurie Beechman Theatre.

Join singer/songwriter/model/actress Alaska and her ivory-tickling mystic Handsome Jeremy as they take you on a musical journey of story and song, diving deep into the lake known as The Golden Girls. Drawing upon their vast knowledge and worship of the Girls of Gold, Alaska and Jeremy will explore the songs featured within the 7 seasons of the hit TV classic, while offering their own unique analysis and perspective on all things Golden.
After her spaceship crashed in the Matanuska Valley, a remote part of south-central Alaska, the U.S. government recovered an emaciated… make that an emancipated alien, or that’s how the story goes. Alaska went on to become one of the final 3 contestants on the fifth season of RuPaul's Drag Race on Logo. In October 2013, she starred in The Rocky Horror Picture Show at The Woodlawn Theater in San Antonio.
ON GOLDEN GIRLS runs August 1 - 4 and 8 - 9 at 7pm with an added performance Thursday, August 2 at 9:30pm. The Laurie Beechman Theater (inside West Bank Cafe at 407 West 42nd Street -- at Ninth Avenue, accessible from the A,C,E,N,R,V,F,1,2,3 trains at 42nd Street).
