DISTORTED PRIDE is an outrageous Las Vegas-style parody revue that twists together some of the gayest and most iconic moments from Hollywood cult classic films, the legendary music divas of yesterday and today and Broadway blockbusters with jazz hands galore. This 75-minute non-stop extravaganza features high-energy dance numbers, comedy, dazzling costumes and lip-syncing "ladies".
The DISTORTED drag show series began in March 2012 with the premiere of DISTORTED DIZNEE. After gaining a cult following, it spawned the holiday-themed DISTORTED KRISTMESS, as well as the Great White Way parody DISTORTED BROADWAY, the Silver Screen-themed DISTORTED HOLLYWOOD and the special Gay Pride extravaganza DISTORTED PRIDE. The series was created by Dallas DuBois, a trained musical theater actor whose credits have included film, television and Off-Broadway productions. Dallas was selected as Next Magazine's Who's Next 2010, a Glammy Award nominee, Miss Grove Hotel, and Miss Fire Island Contest's Most Popular 2009.
