Join extraterrestrial songstress Alaska 5000 and her ivory-tickling counterpart Handsome Jeremy for the fanciest, Nancy-est, prancy-est show you've ever seen. Gay or straight, young or old, you're sure to be tickled pink by this evening of campy music and irreverent gaiety.
After her spaceship crashed in the Matanuska Valley, a remote part of south-central Alaska, the emancipated alien known as Alaska went on to become one of the final 3 contestants on the fifth season of RuPaul's Drag Race on Logo. She made her debut in New York in 2013 at The Laurie Beechman Theater with Red For Filth and has gone on to perform shows including Blue Christmas and the Stevie Nicks tribute Stevie Forever. She has also starred in The Rocky Horror Picture Show at The Woodlawn Theater in San Antonio.
THE GAYEST SHOW YOU'VE EVER SEEN runs July 16, 17, 23, 24, 25, 30 & 31 at 7:00pm. The Laurie Beechman Theater (inside West Bank Cafe at 407 West 42nd Street -- at Ninth Avenue, accessible from the A,C,E,N,R,V,F,1,2,3 trains at 42nd Street).
